Email Signatures Are a Must For Success
Email signatures are very common these days and it contains small piece of information that can be attached to the finishing line of a message, an email. The information contained in email signatures are mostly name of the individual along with his contact details; however, you might as well choose to write anything you feel like. If you are habituated to writing small things like God bless or Regards or Love (only in case of personal emails), you can add these details as well to the composed mail.

The use of email signature is undoubtedly advantageous as it easy to handle and saves time as well. If you just want to add Regards and your initials to your outgoing mails, just imagine how convenient it would be if you could do it automatically, instead of writing the same thing all by yourself in your outgoing mails. The content of email signatures need not be predefined; there aren't any set rules to be followed. However, an email signature written in a plain text is more compatible across various email programs. The complex or stylized ones would be treated as illegible if the chosen recipient has opted to receive emails only in plain text format
